I agree that it doesn't make sense for West Coast to be targeting English and you obviously would be annoyed at using your #1 draft pick on English. However, you would have to admit that English is in no way worth less than a straight swap for pick one (in my mind, more).

I disagree, he had little to no impact on the game. I'd be picking 11 or 12 players that played VFL to be promoted before Poulter.

Poulters last 2 weeks have been quite poor also, definitely not good enough to be pushing for and AFL game.

The difference between Keath and Gardiner is pretty slim in my book, Keath has the higher ceiling but has been in pretty bad form. But you lost me at Zaine Cordy, Gardiner is 10 times the defender Cordy was for us, I think Cordy lost something like 55% (don't quote me) of 1v1 contests?
