I read in the media about two weeks ago that he won’t be staying on as CEO. Not sure if it was confirmed reporting or speculation.
As you know I argued strongly that Adam should call it a day as well. A clean out may well be a healthy move. Green shoots and all that.
How the hell did Cripps and Cole get two year contract extensions? Both are right on the edge of delist IMO. Would they be on any other list or be worth anything to trade?

Yes his forms been disappointing and he has lost some of his burst pace but:
1) Reports were he was having an outstanding pre-season before he was injured a freak training accident where clumsy Jeremy McGovern fell across his legs and injured his ankle or whatever it was. Cue multiple weeks out...
And got injured in nearly every second half. Like I said, past it. How many soft tissue injuries before the club says bugger sentiment and have that talk.
Naish started off pretty badly. Looked nervous and made some mistakes. However seemed to get his second wind and worked his way into the game to give us some drive. Think he might be ok with some match fitness, time to gel with the side, and knock the rough edges off.
Only thing I disagree with here is that Dixon had zero impact. Never looked likely. Maybe it’s just that the Suns’ matchups on him were too good. Plus Kennedy had a poor game so that doesn’t help in your debut.
I liked the look of Hough is the second scratch match v Freo but despite his obvious class, he totally did not look ready for AFL. Hopefully just nerves.
I thought he did. He looks like he’s now just fraction off in his reaction. Maybe just an unusually bad game but could also be a sign that the best is behind him.
'He has given up at times': AFL greats' damning assessment of wantaway Blues youngster Sam Petrevski-Seton
While the 23-year-old has a high ceiling, Lloyd said Carlton should not be too concerned with seeing the back of him.
"I wouldn't be too fazed if I was Carlton, to be honest," he told AFL...
Petrevski-Seton has had a few good patches in his career but watching him play I’ve been pretty underwhelmed by him, particularly for a number 6 pick. There’s a few things missing in his game.
Assessment of him by Carlton fans on social media might be a tad harsh but many assess him as being a...
I said on here earlier in the season after a bad away loss that if we persisted with Simpsons game plan we would struggle to win any more away games and ultimately crash and burn. And here were are.
But Mr McGowan said Mr Morrison was “wrong” — and even pulled out a copy of the road map to show reporters.
“I think people need to read it. It says lockdowns are possible at 80 per cent vaccination. It says the same thing at 70 per cent vaccination,” the Premier said...
Surely you are cherry picking a couple of bad kicks. His DE for the game would have been high. One high risk right foot kick from the left wing centring the ball into the guts was excellent.
He wasn’t, but you know that. And he’s probably been our most consistent player in the WAFL this year. Not many games that he wasn’t listed in the best.
Another encouraging hard running game from Ainsworth 30 touches and 11 marks. Listed as our best player by the club. In my opinion he was our best followed by Brander who got going in the second half...
