I've noticed this as well.
Apart from actually watching game footage every time I have seen it brought up in the media the opening exchange has mysteriously been editted out. Much easier if it's the guy in purple who's the bad guy for the media obviously.
Absolutely.
At the moment I don't give a flying rip, I am enjoying the ride at the moment. If we somehow manage to lose I'll worry about my disappointment then. Right now we are playing superb footy and are a red hot chance to bring home some silverware.
If we miss out, we move on, we learn...
Just wanted to chip in as well.
Exactly what others have said here, definitely one of my favourite sports writers regardless of his love of Freo. Taken way too early but good to see the club post this article. :thumbsu:
Interesting conversation going on in here
Personally I am stoked with these signings. Really hoping to see those young fellas develop and push for a spot in the 22.
On Silvagni I am stoked he has decided to stick with us when I reckon there would have been a few clubs interested...
Tough one.
Personally this season has already been a big positive in my eyes. Our game has improved, players that needed to step up have stepped up plus a few extras and we have nailed a gameplan that makes us an extremely hard prospect to tussle with no matter who we play or where we play...
I agree with most on here, Johnson straight in if he is good to go, unfortunatley Tommy looks the most like to make way.
Would love to see Ibbo back in the team but only if he is 100% good to go, who makes way though? Neale and Sutcliffe have really earned their spot at the moment but those...
Such a bizarre incident. Siren has gone fellas just shake hands and move on, you don't need to like each other.
I had to watch the footage a number of times, I don't think I have ever seen a blantant example of such poor sportsmanship from a player after the game is finished.
SJ has all the...
I am loving all the love from not only other opposition supporters but also good sport Cat supporters. Good on you guys!
Absolute cracking game it was. I have a feeling I may have scared the missus and the little fella with all my jumping and hollering at the TV.
Can't add to what has already been said here.
Just wanted to join in and show my love, Spurr was enormous down back and showed no fear... and Barlow... well he is just Barlow, absolute gun!
A bit of love from me for Mzungu as well. Did a lot of the hard stuff and took some excellent marks when...
After the high of watching the game, the Lyon presser afterwards made my day.
Genuinely entertaining, with Ross giving a world class serve to silly Shane and toilets being flushed... I don't think I have ever Lol'ed from an after game presser before :D
Absolutely shattered for Clancee.
If anyone deserves to be able to experience the full glory of our first premiership year it would have to be this guy, did all the hard work to get us here only to cop this.
Could have really used him this week too.
All should even out though when we claim our...
Phenomenal work there mate, luckily I was able to restrain myself from singing it out loud.
Someone record this future number 1 hit with a bullet stat!
Couldn't have said it better myself mate.
This is why he was used as a midfielder as he has the brute strength to burst through a pack of 3-4 opposition players with ball in hand, if it's not in his hand then he is more than capable of wretching from the hands of whoever has it.
Never mind the...
Right up there as one of my faves without a doubt.
Congrats to Mayne on the 100, I'm certainly looking forward to the next 100.
Would have to be one of the most important players in the tream and would not be surprised if Pav passes the captaincy mantle onto him.
Gun!
The combo of he and Ballas works wonderfully. Both are top class small forwards and I look forward to seeing how damaging they both can be with a proper focal point such as Pav up front with them, they'll only get better.
I wouldn't swap either of these blokes out for any other small...
