100%. He's fine as a forward. Issue is you can have one defensive forward type, but having 2, one of whom poses zero offensive threat just makes your forward line too predictable.

Yeah Bergman should go back into the Burton role. He was excellent last year in defence. His positioning, intercept marking and greater speed more than make up for the fact Burton is a better kick. Burton and Finlayson should be in competition for 3rd tall forward IMO.

I reckon we saw his ceiling in a few games in the early part of 23. Small forward roles by their nature are highly inconsistent. You need a small forward to be turning in occasional match winning performances to justify the quiet weeks, not just passable contributions.
