Prediction Break out player for 2018.

I would love for it to be jono, but unfortunately I don't think his body can cope. Therefore I am going with Daniel Howe, Morrison and Lovell.

Universal Love Thanks Sam Mitchell. A true Hawthorn and AFL legend.

Without doubt, a Hawthorn champion and legend. One of the best Hawthorn players I have seen over the last 50 years.

    Game Day Round 17, 2017: Geelong v Hawthorn, 1.45pm @MCG

We can do this, but require energy and effort, (and a bit of hope and luck). The young blokes to shine and give Hodge a memorable win on his 300. Go Hawks

Welcome Welcome to Hawthorn: James Cousins

Shame about the injury. Like the look of this guy, hope he fully recovers and can put in a strong preseason, next year.

    Game Day Round 14, 2017: Adelaide Crows v Hawthorn, 22 June 2017, 7.50pm @ Adelaide Oval

Mainly just wish to see pressure and effort for four quarters. If that can occur we will be competitive. It is up to the boys. Can't say I am even only slightly confident, I don't think we can win, with the Crows strong on every line, but you never know and just hope. Just have to ride the...

Hawthorn FC worst nightmare the 2017 Draft

Missing 2 ? – You have to be kidding. We picked up 23 year old Tom Mitchell with one of those picks and I would suggest a known quality would be better than what we would have got with that pick.

Game Day Round 12, 2017: Hawthorn v Gold Coast Suns, 10 June 2017 @ MCG

Can't say I am overly optimistic, taking into account the smashing they gave us last time, still you never know. Four quarters of unrelenting pressure, should get the job done, lets smash this plastic fake. Go Hawks

    Autopsy Hawthorn defeats Buddy Franklin

Switched on the TV, not expecting a win, just wanting to see how the young guys go. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. What an awesome game, four quarters of energy and effort, so proud of the team. A game full of highlights, Rougheads captain goal, everything that Burgoyne did, Hodge, controlling...

Game Day Round 10 2017: Hawthorn vs Sydney, Friday 26th May 7:50pm @SCG

Got a very strong feeling this is going to be very unpleasant viewing tonight. But what the hell, I am just interested in seeing how the young guys go.

    Preview Round 10 2017: Hawthorn vs Sydney, Friday 26th May 7:50pm @SCG

Personally I don't mind Hartungs lack of chasing and tackling, it's his lack of offensive drive and inside 50 to a target, that irritates me. Also happy with the two debutantes, looking forward to what they bring to the team. Wonder who Gibbo plays on, Buddy, Tippett or Reid, could get quite...

    Jumper for Indigenous Round?

Quite like the look of this jumper. Enjoyed Silk's explanation as well. Up till now, my favourite was the 2014 one, however I just may prefer this one.

    Preview Round 10 2017: Hawthorn vs Sydney, Friday 26th May 7:50pm @SCG

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. And I feel terrible, doing so. With hindsight it definitely seems like a good idea that has horribly backfired. Still it is early days yet and hopefully it will come good. On to the game, Tom definitely needs support, and it is now time to elevate Cousins...

    Game Day Round 9 2017 - Collingwood v Hawthorn - 7.25pm - MCG

I am fairly optimistic we can win this. I really don't think much of either their forward or back lines, though their midfield is very good. The key is we must bring endeavour and effort. We can win this and I reckon we will know which Hawthorn team turns up very early on.

    News Injury Crisis

Terrible news, however it is a good opportunity to blood the kids. Brand, Stewart, cousins (upgraded) and either Vickery or Shoey. There is still enough experience left in the team, with Hodge, Roughead, et cetera. Still Collingwood will be hard to beat, especially with their midfield.
