Yes obviously fitness is a key! however, you can be a fit as you want, but if you don't work the angles, run the lines, use your voice, run to the right spots then fitness isn't going to help!!! My suggestion is run with your best player at training and watch where they run and ask questions...

There are alot of factors that may have caused this! Momentum and follow through are the big ones! obviously your ball drop has to be correct! A kicking academy that I have heard great views about in Sydney is called Kicking Dynamics. Maybe check out their website and contact them.

Everyone is going to say a range of boots...only way you can find the best pair for yourself is to trial most pairs....

Alot of people are the same as you! It may come down to timing, contact point, momentum etc. There are alot of different factors that can contribute to this without actually seeing footage of you kicking! Best kicking school I have heard of is in Sydney called Kicking Dynamics.
