I like reading back through this thread and other draft talk threads after the draft. It's amazing how many players we "need to look at getting" don't even get drafted. And also the lack of talk on ANY of the blokes we actually draft.

Promotion/relegation would be hard work. Coomera two years ago won the QAFA A comp convincingly, they were a level above all other sides. Went up this year and won one game. The gap is too great, why would a club want to go up, from premiers to spoon.

Might not be a "key" but I'd love to see a fresh face burst onto the scene and be an immediate impact on the side. Lang, Cockatoo, Gregson etc, I don't care who really, just a young bloke who kills it during preseason, gets a chance and grabs it ala an Ollie Wines/Luke Dunstan etc.
