    I never said he would completely fix your midfield, but at least Harley would have another elite young talent to grow with, no draftee is gonna come in and single handedly transform a teams midfield in year one, but at least you’d start the process of building a decent AFL midfield.

    Im sure that number is in the ball park, it was always gonna cost that kinda money to keep him. 1.25 mill per year is what players like Walsh are gonna be worth going forward, he could have got more from the Saints and more still if he went to Tassie. I don’t have a problem with that figure.
