Could may well be cooked.
Can't put on enough size to be a midfielder and seems to be low on confidence as a forward.
He's very talented and has been involved in some clutch moments but he's a bit like our other half forwards (he's very much not the only one). Up and down. Can't carry them all...
Clarko alluded to this in his latest presser.
I think he has given up on the current rotations. Which I think is a really important move. Says a lot about the crop that have let him down.
If Sheezel's contract extension announcement is making players uncomfortable then it's a them problem not a club problem.
They should be rapt for him and embracing the moment. If they are thinking about themselves in that moment then how do you expect them to be there for 2 hours of footy when...
Mate, I turn up every week and so do many people on here.
If you want to pot supporters for getting incredibly sick of the horrific performances coming from players that should know better and should expect better from coaching themselves, then I have nothing else to say to you.
We are being...
Has shown more leadership and endeavour than blokes with 7-8 years on the list. Even though he isn't 100% fit or conditioned for AFL footy, he has always put his body on the line. He was absolutely cooked because he was carrying the entire team on his shoulders like Sheezel was. It wasn't LDU...
My biggest issue with LDU is he's too nice. Does not have the killer instinct in him to punish opposition. He might get on the odd loose ball and show some skills, but he has lost the desire and want.
It is what will stop him from being amongst the best ever. It's up to him.
At this point, I...
For me, he's already captain. Him or Larkey.
I don't consider Jy or Lmac captains.
I don't consider any of our senior players leaders of this footy club.
He's our leader. I want him to have freedom to berate any of his more experienced teammates after doing something stupid or donkey-esque...
Yeah cool, no worries LDU.
Would appreciate it if you stepped up and showed some leadership along with your more experienced teammates doing * all to put the club on the right path.
Why is it always on the coaches?
When are the leaders going to take responsibility?
They didn't take it when Scott departed, didn't take it when Shaw left, didn't take it when Noble was sacked and now Clarko is under the pump.
When are they going to stop going through the motions and doing...
I don't think many other clubs are coming for him anyway.
If they are paying big then they would need big numbers to back it up. Cam is nowhere near that. Not even close.
The scrutiny is deserved and his spot in the team should be questioned.
Anyone potting this bloke after the game yesterday or any other game he has played thus far are wasting their energy.
You're focussing on the wrong players.
There seems to be a lot of trust issues and low confidence amongst the group. Just far too much hesitation and in some cases trying too hard because they don't think their teammate has it covered.
As a result, the game plan looks shithouse because players are not performing as their role requires.
Few players also hesitated a lot when the ball was there to be won. Instead of pushing forward getting the ball at all costs they just slowed down and tip toed to allow easy Hawks gather.
That's the worst thing. When it's your time to go you go. We've become very soft.
When your co-captain is low on confidence, it spreads to the rest of the team.
Some people (including Clarko) may say that the inexperience and young talent need time to get things to click (which is definitely true) but the single biggest issue with this team and club is the lack of...
He had every right to be upset.
His jumper was being pulled, none of his teammates were doing anything whilst he had to jostle and no one seemed to be playing their role.
It was just a cluster *. I feel for the poor lad but our midfield didn't help.
As a coping mechanism, I've resorted to watching replays from 2010-15 era just so I can feel some level of temporary joy that involved this footy club.
******* hell I need help.
Did we give him any genuine opportunity though?
The ball use is pathetic and Larkey cannot take a contested mark. If Sellers gets any chance of a look, his partner in crime needs to do his bit too.
They have both been shithouse. But then again, pretty much the whole team is in horrific form so...
