He didn't fly himself out today, he came out with David Lowy (of the Westfield company) in David's private jet. Talking with Bruce's manager who was there as well, Bruce doesn't do any of the flying around the country from show to show, mainly does some of the longer international flights.
Getting away from the concert details a bit, but Bruce Dickinson spent the day at an avaition museum in my home town, had a joyride in one of the ex military jets (Cessna Dragonfly) before flying back about 4.30pm for tonights show.
You wouldn't need hundreds of snakes to make $, you'd just need half a dozen or so. Caro, Fatprick, AD, Gilligan, Derr-brain and Ron Clarke.;) Have 'em queing for hours for a chance like that.:p
I was at Canberra for Winnie's mark, but was at the opposite end behind the goals. Could see him run a mile and start his jump, then just at the moment he takes the ball, the bloody point post blocks my view.:o Replay was pretty handy on the big screen that day, otherwise I wouldn't have seen it...
Best comedy movie ever, love it.:D
"You mean, you were raped!?" "Ahh, at first, yes"
I'm not a Roman, Mum and never will be. I'm Kike, a yid, a heebee, a hooknose. I'm kosher Mum, I'm a Red Sea pedestrian, and proud of it!!
Surely the question that should be asked is why an interview from Aylett from almost 9 months ago is being replayed again now? What purpose is this supposed to achieve? Slow news day, nothing else to put on? Or is it part of JB's masterplan to get the blood racing among supporters after the...
Different situation on the boundary though, if they carry the ball over the rope, or touch the rope, it's not out and 6 runs, so they throw the ball back into play to save a few runs if they know they can't take the catch without going over the boundary.
He'd caught and controlled the ball before the ball came in contact with the ground, and it was still in his possession. They were talking about that issue on Fox Sports and according to the laws of the game, it was a fair catch. So there's one decision that the Indians got in their favour.
Swings and roundabouts, Dravid got away with a plumb LBW that Billy Bowden missed in the Melbourne Test. Everyone gets good ones and bad ones. And the Indians should be the last ones to whinge about umpiring and not playing in the spirit of the game, the intimidation of umpires on the...
Amen, brother. Wouldn't know comedy if it was belted into him with a bit of two-by-four. Then again, that would be the funniest thing he'd ever done. Provided I was the one belting him over the head.:D
He could have also slipped "the AFL wants a team on the Gold Coast by 2015" all of a sudden turns into 2010 quotes, just to further embarrass the fat git.;)
