Elite kicking skills is half of it.
The other part which kiddy does better that the rest is the uncomplicated decision making.
He sees someone in a good spot and instinctively kicks to them, minimal thinking. No second thoughts or guessing. It’s beautiful.
wishing you a flawless recovery...
It’s been a long time coming. Very proud to have supported this club through thick and thin.
Regardless of the result, proud of what we’ve achieved this year.
GO U MIGHTY LIONS!!
Dev looks manic around the ball and contest, in a good way. It has stood out to me in the last two games. He could be the Zorko replacement in that regard.
I really hope we can retain him.
I get the comparison in the action but no comparison in the degree of difficulty. Firstly the tap to keep the ball from his opponent, then the angle, then the ball actually curling away from the goal face to make the angle even tighter… my baby yoda! Difficulty level 10.5.
Yeah I dunno about that.
I don’t view AFL players as children.
I’m not sure many AFL players parents do either.
They’re adults who have been educated about the industry they are in, and know what to expect.
Are you just being super empathetic just for arguments sake? I haven’t really seen or...
Dom is as passionate as they come, and perhaps it’s also due to his background in radio and entertainment, but I sometimes think he buys his Hellmann’s Whole Egg in commercial quantities.
I was at the intraclub tonight.
I have to say Rayner looked impressive in defence. Reminded me a bit of Starc, strong and classy. You feel confident he’ll win most contests and looked composed with ball in hand. I’m not against it if it happens in the proper season.
Lachie seems the obvious choice, if he wants it.
Would have said Harris if asked 18 months ago. Not as sure but he’d still be my number two choice I reckon.
Berry seems a good choice. In and out with injury a bit though. I don’t think it matters too much that he’s not in the guts full time...
I was at the game. It was obviously late, high and forceful. Anyone disputing this is doing the mental gymnastics cos they don’t want the ‘game to go soft’
It looked shocking live in real time and Cripps is forever a ******* grub in my mind, despite the good guy vibes he gives off.
We had a horrible “supporters” behind us at the Gabba last week who constantly bagged our players, and the umps. Completely ruined the first half for us. Luckily we were in GA and moved at half time. Can’t imagine paying for a season ticket and being stuck in front of people like that.
Am I missing something with the Fages press conference? I just watched it and seemed completely normal to me. What with everyone saying he blew up at Fish? Is the version on afl.com edited or something?
