Totally agree Garcia and Winghager are genuine mids. You can add Stocker and Brynes who were both good mids in the juniors, until Dow, Crouch comes back. Philipou and Owens should split times between forward and mid until they are ready.

Instead of Marshall hack kick the ball forward 20 times a game.. I’d rather have him tapping to one of our mids and getting better/ cleaner entries and bring the rest of the midfield into the game.. Him hack kick forward = our other mids having no impact, and potential intercepts by opposition.

We found one in Garcia, should have played ahead of Hastie, Philipou even.. Had a big impact with little game time.. Also play Brynes in the middle, he is not a winger.. Play him, Garcia, Winghager and Steele in the middle.
