As Iv said earlier, you can't play all the young blokes other wise it's harder to learn. Look at Melbourne. The young blokes who deserve a game will get there chance. You are jumping the gun at round 2. Just remember how far Lyon has taken us.

We have to see if he still brings what he has done in the past (whether you rated him or not). In the past years he has been a stand out at training, this year the reports have been that he's been poor. Maybe Ross is testing him.

The Dogs are underrated. A combination of adding key forwards (crameri, Cloke and Boyd a year older), natural improvement with age, less injuries (most likely anyway) and the rest of the competition except gws getting weaker (on paper anyway) has made the bullies a clear top two team imo.

Hawthorn lost there top two from there best and fairest in Mitchell and Lewis, lost Hill, add another year on to Burgoyne, Hodge, Gibson and Birchall and things aren't looking pretty despite there pick ups. Sydney added no one in the off season but lost Tom Mitchell. Add in a couple of retirees...

He's 1cm shorter then Pavlich and will be playing as a third tall rather then key. I think he suits better with McCarthy and Apeness then a guy Taberner height anyway.

I find it very strange how people can even debate whether GWS should be flag favourites. Then again I found it strange how people were surprised about GWS improvement last season. All the other contenders except for Bulldogs have got worse. GWS will improve massively through natural development...

I don't think anyone has massive expectations of Kersten. The two we need to compare are Kersten and Taberner anyway. Besides Kersten was a 22 year old key forward last season playing as the third tall, he has time.
