I had a 'muscle milk protein' drink the other day the other day and it was quite tasty. However, the ingredients list was massive! Half of them I'd never heard of before. Does anyone on here know if there's anything on the ingredients list that I should really be trying to minimize my intake of:

Ablett, does pasteurization/homogenization explain why the body excreted more fat from a high diary diet than a lower diary diet (with calories and macronutrients the same) in the below study?

Are you also doing intermittent fasting in conjunction with LCHF? If you're keen to add mass, then it might be worth reducing your fasting frequency. Maybe do something like a 16/8 fast the 3 days a week you're not lifting.
