With the team announced I hope it goes:
Ins: Serong, Morrison
Out: Butler, Macdonald*
*On form I wouldn't be surprised to see any one of Macdonald, Nash, Mackenzie make way.
Want to see:
1) Maginess to go straight to Sheezel
2) Dimma to start forward with Serong taking his spot down back
3)...
Regarding Lewis I think they're doing this just to see if the time off lets it settle down. Newmo89 do you know if its the same knee that which he hurt last season (strained acl)? Also if you recall in the latter stages of last season he banged his knee into the turf whilst sliding for a mark...
Pretty sure if a player is medically retired due to concussion that the remaining contract $$$ doesn't stay under a teams salary cap so I don't think it would change the chase for Taylor. The two you mentioned in Brayshaw + Murphy will be paid out in full with both clubs salary cap opened up or...
Are you really simple enough to think that the federal court system will sort all this mess out? One would think that wether the allegations are true or not (I'm not taking sides here) that there's a reason why the players have taken the route they have and one would have to assume it's because...
This is where Landsberger got his intel from. The Baz / Naicos bromance has very JOM / Cogs feel to it. I’d be more surprised to see him end up a Pie than a Cat or a Hawk.
Even though it wasn’t said I thought the Gettable show today with Cal Twomey was a dead give away that he’ll be a Hawk. You just kinda had to look at the disgust on Cal’s face when they used us an example of what a deal would like.
I’d love us to get Baz for the right price but I won’t lose...
Not holding my breathe but how good would it be to get a couple of good years out of Chad before he hangs them up. Really feel for for the guy with how his body has failed him the last 3-4 years which would've been so frustrating for him. Anything he brings on field from here on out will be...
Ins: Lewis, Serong
Out: Ramsden, Butler
Serong to rotate off the bench down back which allows us to play Hardwick forward. Plonk Maginness forward and tag the 💩 out of Sheezel. Nash to test out McKerher’s ribs.Bring the tackle pressure and kick straight and we win this by 30.
Agreed but if shows he can be a swingman then I’m all for it. Playing him as a 3rd tall forward might allow him to play earlier whilst his body fully develops.
Firstly the guy is being played as a KPD which is not his role. It's no secret that his strength has always been as an intercepting back that peels off his man which the team can't allow him to do atm because of the season ending injury to Blanck.
Second the guy has clearly being playing lame...
If like rumoured there's a 12 year thumper on the table for JUH (rumoured to be Sydney) and it forces the Dogs to pony up and match it then I'd love for us to make a play for Libba. Could never see him leaving there unless he was pushed out but if like mentioned earlier your looking for someone...
All that matters is what happens between our 4 walls. We played like sh*t on the weekend and now it’s up to the club to respond. It should take it but the pile on could work in our favour. Let’s see how we respond
Seems he still has an axe to grind after the messy exit from us. Wasn’t there something being floated around here about withholding the payout of his contract after he refused to do the coaching transition thing?
Could it be that the HFC will be compensating the players and the AFL will be compensating the coaches for leaking the report? If not and it’s the HFC is compensating both parties then members + the fans need transparency on why this is so. If we didn’t leak the report then there needs to be...
Something I learnt a while ago SYL is to lay off making rash comments right after an embarrassing loss like we had last night. Sometimes it is best to just let it hurt and most importantly just let it marinate. Almost always things are never as bad as things seem.
