I think the PSA is better than community and WAFL here in WA. The PSA schools have different resourcing available and certainly want to support the development of their elite players. Many PSA schools have positive partnerships with their WAFL club and understand that the elite players need to...

The WAFL 15's carnival is earlier to incorporate a preseason with the WAFL coaches then minimal impact on community clubs. It's important to continue fostering those players in community and PSA clubs. Stream them then at the u16 age.

WAFL has their development programs and run a 15's carnival. I would imagine they draw alot from this when viewing potential players for State under 16's etc. I guess it's looking at the different pathways. Seems State 12s 15s etc doesn't hold the same weight as State 16's 18's as far as...

Schofield as a forward? Didnt kick a goal all carnival. Had a good carnival, don't get me wrong- but seems more they needed a spot for him and popped him in. Interesting that Yaccob didn't get a position either.

I'd agree. Some of the unders in the 18's this year (Garcia, Pasini, Wilson) are crackers. Then some of the overs in the 16's were very good. I think WA will have a very good 18's next year. Hopefully Sumich will still be on board.

Agreed mate. SA were playing good footy- but WA just seemed the better team. Their winning margins were impressive. Just couldn't kick accurately in game 1. Next year they'll be a solid team

Future of the draft in 2019/2020 looks like it'll be WA/SA heavy. Some good talent coming through. Should have been back to back u 16's titles for WA. Shame about the SA loss.

Jack Allen is the same. Only played footy for a couple of years and is now PSA. He took 5 strong marks in the game, is fast for a kid 194cm tall and kicked 2.2 and was one of the best on. Be interesting to see them play next week in Brisbane
