My weekend indulges only amount to wine and a meal. I've never taken drugs in my life. I'm tall and lean and would never indulge in anything that would tip me over the scales.
I meet up with my friends at the gym every sunday afternoon to burn off our weekend indulges! We spend a few hours there working out, plus meeting other people there is nice and swapping advice.
I keep my weight down by eating cereal for breakfast and supper, and having 2 hot meals during the day, whether it's pasta and low fat sauce, or baked potato and veg with chicken, it works for me. I don't follow diets i prefer to eat sensibly all of the time, i also nibble on nuts and fruit...
I agree frozen prawns are not nearly as good as fresh prawns. I've bought them fresh from a fishing village when i was on holiday, they were caught that morning and sold fresh in the afternoon. Did you use your prawns as bait or use them in cooking?
Has anyone been shrimp fishing?
It's something i'd love to try, but never had the chance to. I've seen lots of cookery programmes and would love to use shrimps that i had caught in one of the meals I've seen prepared.
I just had a pasty and a sandwich of an evening, i had plenty of fluids though but i went without food and lost weight too quickly, i was on my way to an eating disorder but thankfully it's all behind me now.
I've done some course/carp angling with my husband, it's becoming more popular with women, i've caught a few tench and a young carp but never a really big fish. I enjoy the social side of it because we go in a group and set up camp for a few nights. Husband has me mixing his secret ingredients...
As a student i tried fasting, i only wanted to loose a few pounds, after a few days of eating hardly anything all my teeth felt sore from the roots upwards, it scared me as i have nice teeth and no fillings, i started eating sensibly and had fruit for lunch, i lost the few pounds that i wanted...
It's good thanks! If it's cold here i dress accordingly, i wear a decent pair of running trainers too. Any icy conditions though i'll use a treadmill instead.
