If Haynes comes in...Himmelberg becomes the 1on1 defender. If Leek comes in....Himmelberg can play his usual role as the spare and be more attacking. I think it's as simple as that. Keep the same structure. Next player up. Sucks for Haynes but if Himmel goes down....he'll be good to go.

There's no rush to get Jones in but I did catch a little bit of his VFL game and he looked explosive and damaging.....until getting tackled by the 5th player that attempted to grab him. Gotta stay with Harvey at this stage though. Unless they want to throw him on a wing instead of Wehr.

Honestly I'd be amazed if he's back that quickly. I'd rather him take his time. Of course he probably will want to play but it's not worth it. Same with Cogs. Extra week please. Bring Rowston in if we have to.

He's proved to be an awkward match up for teams this year due to his pace and size. Plays fast as a pressure forward with Daniels and Snooze but has been taking pack marks as well. A few teams have been gambling on playing their intercept defenders on Cadman to help as he isn't as proven...

I'd probably take Ward in for Wehr if we are sure he's good to go. No point risking him early. He will get to that 300 games anyway. I'd probably still run with Thomas for a little longer until we see more of Jones in the 2s. Nice having a he options.

It's always easier to retain players when you are winning and a chance at a flag or sustained success. The culture at the club seems really strong and everyone is happy with Kingsley. I reckon we retain Perryman and Cumming. Gruzewski is the one I'm worried about losing while it's tough to...

I wanted us to take the future 1st. Could have been used in a trade or to take a future star... That said...we haven't seen Gothard yet.

Perryman tends to be the most reliable defensively. Idun is the best defender for locking down but will probably have to play taller.

Didn't catch it. Toby is playing so I reckon they'll just keep going with Harvey.

If we don't have Toby I guess we will see Darcy Jones. Very different proposition though. I'm hoping for a 20 point win but with Ross coaching against us I can see it being tighter than that
