    Small correction, it'll be an extra pick directly after their natural 2nd round selection. So we'll see 2 picks from Richmond to start round 2. Then 2 from Essendon. So on. Instead of Round 2 starting with Richmond, Essendon, etc then again Richmond, Essendon etc.
