If I was to go out and buy a Switch for something to do while all this is going down, what would you recommend for games? So going all the way back to when it was released - 3 or 4 games I should get?
- Legend of Zelda?
- Super Smash Bros?
I know the chances are next to zero of someone here having any tickets for sale. But looking for 1-2 for myself - if anyone has anything feel free to PM.
Desperate.
Very keen if someone would be willing to hook me up with some tickets. Willing to pay a bit over face value. I'll be flying down from GC for it (hence why I'm not a member).
I'm going to post this here, because I couldn't find a section to ask fantasy related questions.
I'm interested Ryan Harwood, is there a reason a lot of you guys don't have him in your best 22? At the end of last year he was being pretty serviceable I thought.
Also I heard he may have an...
I'm in a similiar position.
Have gotten Tonbridge Angels all the way from Blue Square North (or was it South) and I am now in League 1.
Another issue is signing players that are awesome, then 2 years later when their contracts are up they don't want a bar of it. Surely moving up one division...
Just spent two weeks in Thailand, had an awesome time.
We had a massive group of us so probably a bit of a different need accomodation wise than you would have. For full moon we stayed on another beach about 10 minutes away. Was great because we just chilled out drinking beers during the day...
Regardless of whether the competition is free or not the prizes on offer are absolutely ridiculously low compared to the level of participants.
Seriously, a car for first prize and a weekly prize of $500? I assume the AFL must have a long contract with Toyota or surely they would shop around...
I just started a game with Tonbrige Angels who have just been promoted into Blue Square South (the lowest playable English League).
Only a part time club, and the wage bill is absolutely tiny.
Not a bad start to 2012 for me. Was a bit bored Sunday so deposited some money into Pokerstars, played a $100+9 event and ended up 2nd from 280.
My biggest cash by an absolute mile, so pretty stoked.
Ash, I'm interested in your apparent dislike of online poker. What in particular don't you like?
Do you just find that it is an easier game to beat? Or do you just enjoy it more?
Do the higher hand per hour rates you can get online not interest you?
Anyway my goals:
To take my poker...
In for this.
One area where I struggle is whether to chase or not when the blinds are getting high relative to stacks. I often find myself late in a tournament calling because I have good odds to do so, then missing and being crippled. Have been reading Volume 2 of Dan Harringtons book though...
Last Thursday at the local APL I played possibly the best game I've ever played. I seemed to make right decision after right decision. Sat at the second break with around 80,000 with the next highest person maybe 55,000.
Tried to use my stack to my advantadge after the break and knocked a few...
Maybe this has been answered I'll give it a crack.
Just got an Ipad 2 and looking to jailbreak if possible. It has ios 5.0.1 which I understand doesn't have a jailbreak yet? Can I go back to an older version? If so, how?
Will read this thread regularly. Play semi regularly and am always looking to learn.
Limping is something I do far too often, especially in late position. Will be something I work on in future.
