    The Frank & Walters were great!!!! I saw them supporting Carter USM in Glasgow back in the early '90s - I was there with a group of friends and we all became huge fans of the Franks instantly. This song was also about a colourful local character, a bus driver who was a very kind, cheery soul. :)
