The psychology is interesting hence having a distinction between no religion, atheism and even being agnostic. There's a clear difference between all three.

Just because you don't have a religion doesn't mean you're an atheist or don't believe in God. Making the distinction is relevant to how society is progressing (or not).
You can see from 46s in that video that Stratton plays for a free by falling to the ground. It looks quite comical really and causes Charlie to fall over. Charlie adds a bit of mayo with the elbow, but not a lot he could have done.
No there shouldn't be a neutral differential. Undisciplined teams should be in the negative. Disciplined teams in the positive. That's not too say that this is how it plays out, but it's how it should play out.
