Milne charged with 4 counts of rape

Lets just say that the actual statistics for the near-mythical "made up rape" are a tiny minority of cases brought. Rape cases are near impossible to prove, and most are never brought, I imagine there is a base for their case if they have bothered. It happens, true, but far far less than many...

What unpopular AFL opinions do you have? (Part 1 - cont in Part 2)

Is that unpopular? I'm a WCE supporter and best times of Judd's career was at my club, and I agree with you.

I love Hayden Ballantyne. :S Mongrels who get up blokes' noses and whose passions are bleeding obvious - more of those please. No, I was not dared to post this.

I still love Ben Cousins, damnit. It's painful. But he gave me some footy memories i'll never forget.

Is there another team with a worse recent first round draft history than the Swans?

Not sure why you bothered "me too"ing WCE's first round picks, we've been incredibly lucky over the years and usually drafted pretty well in comparison to other clubs with our first picks. Not to mention - Sheppard has been much better this year. Nowhere near what i'd call a 'LOSS'. And why...

WARWICK CAPPER - YES OR NO??

Please tell me that's a joke. Terrible photoshop job that deserves a front page spot in the HS. Look at the halo around his head FFS

WARWICK CAPPER - YES OR NO??

Jesus * no. His little cameos and popup appearances are good for a giggle, but any more than that and he'd be intolerable. Consider how much more popular Warne is than Capper, and how ******* hard his show bombed. I honestly can't imagine any sort of format of TV that is appropriate. He...

Worsfold steps aside as West Coast coach

Um. Not sure what this has to do with Fremantle's 2013 season. I seriously doubt that there will be a new coach appointment before finals are over. Suma has his own brain. Suma has said that he would only come back to WCE if he was guaranteed the head coach position. I can't help but think...

Worsfold steps aside as West Coast coach

Considering his personal life, i'm not surprised he's lost his passion to go on. And in the same token, I would think VERY unlikely that he will coach again in the very near future. Really, really pleased that he got to go out on his terms instead of getting the sack. Thanks for everything...

    18 teams are too many.

Agree that 18 teams feels like too many.. Now people have good excuses for not keeping up with anyone but their own team. Bit early to judge though, things aren't quite settled down yet. 1 or 2 more years.

Draws rule. Everyone's unhappy and it can really piss off some people come end of year ladder positions. Love it. All part of the game.

    Adam Selwood Sprint Star

Was I watching a different game? He couldn't match Yarran's acceleration, but he was one of the few who gave their all in the team tonight. This thread would be completely different if some of his teammates did THEIR jobs and kicked the goals. I agree he is slowing down with age and it's...

Have we all overrated the west coast eagles footy club?

Fragile defense is one thing we do not have. 2 AA backs last year including the captain. Glass was injured badly early and gave up several goals as a direct result. Waters is out injured. Mackenzie back from injury was the only part of the usual defense that was functioning well. Learn up, son

Have we all overrated the west coast eagles footy club?

We always had Lynch before when Nic was out. We no longer have Lynch. Cox is starting to slow a bit in aging and definitely was being time managed carefully with a 2nd ruck. Our 3rd ruck now is extremely inexperienced and needs more time in the 2s really. Cox is struggling to shoulder most of it...

Review Autopsy v Carlton, Rd 4

Yep, remember that, he had run full pelt a long way by then and was finally overtaken by a much younger guy. He also made up for it later by doing what I described before. Still don't think he deserves that flak.

Review Autopsy v Carlton, Rd 4

Re: just this part, I disagree. Yarran clearly has incredible sprint acceleration akin to vintage Judd, but Selwood kept up with him all the way back to the goals. He didn't lose ground to Yarran and kept the chase up all the way, and did this several times in the game. I actually thought that...
