AFC is an organisation devoid of accountability. We got close when we had Dunstall/Pavill come in and conduct the Club wide review... until we then narrowed the scope to ensure that the people who drove us off the cliff weren't actually under the gun.

Plenty of us here at the time thought Luk/Rank was never going to happen, and that Rozee should've been our absolute priority. To sit with our thumbs up our arses while Port outmaneuvered us was pathetic - somebody should've been fired for that disaster.
