My most enjoyable job was doing night fill at my local supermarket when I was studying.

Agree, plus a lot of the time in your late teens and early 20's, the signals are there but you don't pick up on them until later when you just want to punch yourself in the face for missing it.

I think its more to do with the number of people buying and reading newspapers is falling rapidly so they will do anything to get people talking about their headlines.
The West Australian newspaper is no longer a serious "News" paper and hasn't been for a while. Its all about the shock headlines and gimmicks.
A bit like the Sun newspaper in the UK minus the page 3 girls.
I hope Freo would be having a word to the big wigs at the West Australian.
Some of the carry on over the last few days has been ridiculous including a "hero" poster of Jordan Clark in today's paper.
