Agreed! You need to add three new best 22 players a season as per Collingwood last year. We have players that are injury prone as well. Plus we lose Fisher and Dow (depth). Those who are hanging their hats on internal growth are in for a rude shock. Clubs around us are adding best 22 players...

These girls have no awareness. They take possession and try to run away from or through opposition when they are a second away from being tackled..... constantly! They play dumb football.
