Who from this years 16's is eligible to be drafted next year, and who do you guys think we can expect to see come this time next year?

If you were selected for vic metro under 16's or 18's and you had an injury that wouldnt allow you to perform at your best such as OP, shin splints etc. would you still play through with the injury or stop and rest? Please justify reasons, thanks!
