They don't video every game due to costs but on further investigation there was a video but as has already been pointed out it was filming the Keilor forward fifty when this incident took place.

Agree 100%. The EDFL are extremely slow in implementing anything new or innovative and will always hide behind the cost factor.

Couldn't agree more - Keilor people will no doubt be happy with 3-0 but there is a lot of footy to be played. All other sides have only played 2 games.
