Maybe we should see of the Giants cheer squad can give them some tips. They're always in fine voice.
Definitely need some tips then. Our ferals are not feral enough.
Been a good game though. Good indication of where the Giants could be in a few more years. I do like a little bit of challenge...
Really? Really? Really?
I'm commenting on your club's cheap marketing ploy, not club songs. Keep on topic please. Throwing random "facts" in derails the conversation from the serious topic.
Someone should write a book about this. With a grand title such as "The Port Adelaide Football Club and...
What offended? I was merely commenting on the nature of this song. I'm sure watching some NRMA commercials will make you feel right at home then.
What speculating? I'm just commenting on the fact I'm sure Michael Hutchence is spinning in his grave right about now.
So your club couldn't come up with a better song themselves, so they've bought usage rights to an old song that's so over used by people wanting to claim how "passionate" they are about things. Very original.
I couldn't let you do that. Too much trouble. Maybe take a raincheck, and we'll see about doing that next Giants vs Cats game in Sydney. I might actually have some cash (having not spent up big on bath products to last me through the year).
I never boo him. He was a good player for the Cats (and is even more invaluable member of the Giants). I cheer for him, but he is a special snowflake and gets put off by my cheering for him. Which is kinda good for the Giants vs Cats games. :D
Spotless stadium never gets filled. You can sit where you like really.
Nope, I'm planning to put him off by cheering for him occasionally (it really puts him off his game. I've done it at other Giants games ;))
Also, as a regular at Spotless stadium over the years, it gets PRETTY DAMN COLD at night there. Make sure you have your Geelong jumper with you. If it remains windy, you may just need your Geelong thermal wear.
One last tip, if it is raining during the match, there are certain parts of the...
I'll be at the match. Not so sure about getting there early though. I'm just not the type to get to the footy hours early to stand around being an awkward turtle in a bar.
Though I shouldn't be hard to spot; I'll be the one solitary navy wearer in a sea of orange. Gotta love getting in on...
Eh, I go to Lush. It's all handmade, vegan products, plus it gives me a chance to sniff and select what I like. Plus I know the ingredients are all Fair Trade (which I think is important) and they won't buy from companies that test on animals. It's important to be environmentally responsible.
No, but I find aromatherapy relaxes me, even when I'm having panic attacks and other things. A nice hot relaxing bath with something nicely smelly in it (usually something either rosy or citrusy) works wonders. I just have to be careful with bath products. I have allergies to certain essential...
Why bother with essential oils in candles? Pour them in your bath! Or better yet, visit Lush and acquire some bath ballistics. I love that store.
So I didn't miss any pool boys then?
And it rained this morning too.
Nah, Port's looking pretty ordinary. Unless they really pull all stops out, it's looking like a Swans win at the Fortress of Swanitude.
Anyone interested in the Swans vs Port match? I'm hoping Port can get up and win at the Swans fortress of solitude. I've reluctantly tipped them this week, so I'm very interested in how this battle is going to turn out.
That's a good choice kcf. Though I do like Mr J Selwood, I love Harry's ability to go forward as well as be a butt kicking backman.
If I don't cover them. It's meant to be a rainy ol' day in Sydney today, so it may get a tad chilly, even for me (who frolics around in t-shirts when it hits...
Harry Taylor of course. I do love a good backman.
Went out for chinese dumplings (though menu was severely limited for me cause I can't eat pork [not religiously or anything, it just makes me sick]). Was still delicious though. And I kinda am, now I have interesting news to share. I'm going to...
