I don't want to burst any bubbles, but 'no model' is really just a 'let Parliament decide' model, which has no chance of getting up anyway. It's a fools errand.

There is a massive difference between 10 and 60%. That's even before you get into the dumpster fire that having 40% of the population disengaged from the political process has caused that country.
Well it's possible in the sense that parliament has so decreed. But I don't think it's ideal, in fact I think it works counter to the intention of the Voice.
