You can't multi someone from the same group that's also in a team, ie. can't do Hayes in his group multi'd into Goddard to win Teams or H2H.

Love that question DWD. IMO having the biggest improvement on your starting squad shows a hell of a lot more skill, obviously trading is where the most skill takes place in this game; whereas picking an amazing starting squad (as seen by the guy in 1st place) can be nothing but pure luck...
