Wow 3 more years, that would put him almost level with games played for Port. Wonder how he will be remember by the general public if that was the case! A hawk or a power player :/ Always a hawk in our eyes now though.
I switched to Android about 3 years ago, so I never finished this theme. I'd actually forgotten about it! I can make the files available for anyone if they still want to continue it. I think I have them somewhere on my computer at home.
Great stats, love seeing the history of this clubs turn around. It's remarkable how far we have come! I made a thread earlier in the year which is pretty similar to this:
Saw a thread on the main board that Carlton are the worst team after April. I was playing around with the stats and came across something interesting.
Before our first flag we were the worst team in the competition. 1925 - 1960 we won 27.23% of all matches...
For placement? I don't really have a choice for this block, later in the year I am hoping to do a few weeks in Katherine NT around August, then 3 weeks in Nepal around Nov. / Dec.
What about yourself? What year are you in?
I just posted this in another thread and realised it fits in here quite well. Not from the UK, although they are remaking it, but I couldn't recommend The Bridge highly enough. Similar to many UK cop shows, lots of suspense, terrific story and superb acting. It's around on the net, but you could...
Join twitter and start following other teachers, you'll find so many resources, ideas and websites that you will never run out of ideas. Someone once said to me that twitter is like the world's largest staff room, with a thousand different conversations going on at once. Have a look at #edchat ...
Thanks for your reply, I did a quick Google but couldn't find a Collingwood museum. I know the Hawks have one a Waverly, do you guys have one at Westpac?
Thanks OA, I gave Carnegie Collectables a call, but didn't really know to much about the value. I think he just had a guess as he said he...
I don't have much, only what I found in old books. No idea of the value of these two items though.
Hand signed Don Bradman A5 / A4 size picture. Not sure when it's from but he looks young, maybe early? I don't have an interest in cricket.
1919 VFL Grand Final Ticket
Hi all,
There doesn't seem to be a memorabilia forum (besides the market place, but I'm not sure that I want to sell) so I thought I would post this here.
I was flicking through an old book and found a ticket from the 1919 VFL grand final and I was just wondering if someone could give me...
I half heard it, think it was Kevin Sheenan? Said he looks to be a very good player in the future, someone we can pick in 2013 and could expect to play the following season. As mentioned here he scored well in the sprints and most of the other tests. That was about all they said from memory.
Koh Rong, Cambodia
It's the size of Hong Kong, and not a single road on the whole island. Crystal clear water all around the island (well, where I went anyway), and there is a 1 hour self guided jungle hike across the island to the most pristine 7km white sand beach. You can snorkel right off...
