Preview Round 8: Essendon vs West Coast, Data Breach Stadium, Saturday 4th May, 8:10pm

Bit of a danger game I feel this one. Eagles on their home deck and starting to believe a bit... Feel a bit weird saying this but we have to somehow snuff out Harley Reid's impact early on and throughout the game. Against Freo he pretty much caused a chain reaction that dragged the rest of...

AFL Autopsy RND 7: Draw Against The Pies

Ooof... I'll so take that draw with our injuries and the gears the Pies showed against Port. Going forward I so desperately want to see Ridley at 100% again so we can let Martin off the chain further forward, like we sort of had to do today via circumstance... Well done Bombers...

I was just pondering the exact same thing. It was breaking my heart seeing him struggle initially and many calling for his head, but wow what a turn around!

AFL Player #33: Alwyn Davey Jr - Lindsay Griffith Rising Star

Yes I have to agree now after a few of his efforts last nite where we actually got to see him open up full throttle... I think after a bit of focused study of him that it's a bit of a tentative mental thing of being unsure of his natural abilities in particular situations that makes him seem...

AFL Player #22: Sam Durham - Pendlebury confesses to soiling himself - 26/5

There has just been something about him since we got him in the SSP. I remember a lot of Richmond fans being very dissapointed we got him so he really peaked my interest initially and was sweating on him being given a go at the top level. It didn't take long though. He's virtually improved...

Welcome big guy... Bit of a shame we had to ship in a big hulking fullback on mega bucks instead of actually drafting/developing one, but happy anyway we finally filled the void...

Footy Dept. Soon to be ex-GM - List & Recruiting Adrian Dodoro #putoutyourjackets

Thats essentially what I'm getting at. Vozzo idetifies good key figures and appoints them for success because he has the actual background in the field... I'm not sure where people are getting that he wants absolute control over it from...

Footy Dept. Soon to be ex-GM - List & Recruiting Adrian Dodoro #putoutyourjackets

I personally like that Vozzo has genuine list manager experience and apparently it's falling to him and Scott (according to Barham) to put a magnifying glass on the department. I'm not bothered that he's the CEO appoint because to me this is probably the most important part of what's letting...

Footy Dept. Soon to be ex-GM - List & Recruiting Adrian Dodoro #putoutyourjackets

I found that part of Barham's response interesting. You'd almost call that like you know, some kind of type of a "position review" Silly me was waiting for a flip side comment like. "It may be that they come to me and say 'Adrians views on list management are not the direction we want to take...

Footy Dept. Soon to be ex-GM - List & Recruiting Adrian Dodoro #putoutyourjackets

Interesting chat actually, there's certainly a bit of a swell going on media wise around Dodoro's position and for us the actual associated departments (I feel development and who's involved also being an underlier) which I think is a positive... I'm personally hoping Vozzo and Scott deem our...
