We should.
It's total BS how we are still being held back from having all home games as legacy of Waverly being built over 50 years ago when all teams were forced to play 2 homes a game there.
I don't see Newcastle in the NRL being forced to play home games in Sydney.
We play 9 home games and...
It's great when people think they're cutting edge by saying Geelong sucks.
We know it sucks, but we still love it, especially if you're from there originally.
Spot on.
I emailed the Swans asking if they had anything available that's the equivalent to the social club packages other teams offer figuring I could rock up and at least experience some real fans having a beer and talking footy here.
They replied with these wanky packages that are all about...
I'm a Victorian living in Sydney.
It would be a complete disaster here.
Noone turns up to NRL, let alone AFL sides they have no idea who they are.
Sydney does not give two sh*ts about sport.
Parfitt has let us down too many times in the past with below minimum effort games.
Atkins always gives 100% no matter what
No way in hell of give Parfitt the nod before a much longer sequence of evidence that he truly gives a sh*t this time
Nah, we will just keep offloading our high priced spuds onto you.
Motlop and now Sav.
Sav has always made dumb errors and the media acting like it just started this week. Motlop was always a lazy prick.
The overs paid on those two by you guys was ridiculous....mismanagement of the highest order.
Yeah, on reflection you're correct.
I don't think WADA would have an issue with a governing body not allowing players with banned substances in their system not playing.
This is probably the biggest part.
They'd be booted from WADA and by extension the AFL would lose all Federal Government funding (as funding is conditional on being part of WADA)
So it's massive
That is a bit dumb. If they're worried about overuse limit it to disabled and elderly
Having said that, it's the first game so I'd say they'd be open to feedback
It's probably cost us a goal or two goals from here on I ....from where I was sat the St Kilda fans were louder than us.....why hand them an advantage like that is how I see it.
I'm more about results than the spectacle though, so we are probably approaching it from different angles.
Who is the genius that decided that grouping a very large amount of away fans into one section would be a good idea?
It's a great idea to give the away team a leg up.
Ridiculous
The whole Ablett sale seems a bit shady in how it's being run.
Managed off a IG page with vids coming from status updates on the page.
When I say shady I mean the guy running it doesn't seem to be opening it up as much as it could be.
I think Gaz could have made A LOT more had he used a...
I find it strange the club doesn't use this forum to interact with fans in regards to things like membership. It would seem logical to have a person dedicated to digital interaction.
They have a tonne of people in the membership department these days.
That's pretty funny haha
I stand behind the glass, but I understand it could be painful if you're sitting outside.
theres actually a bathroom behind the restaurant area in the back corner that no-one seems to know about that saves you scanning out from inside (incase U weren't aware)
