He was comparing Hamas to Russia - not the population at large. Hamas doesn't care about the general population. Most of the leaders don't even live in Gaza.
You use the word substantial - its not.
By the time you pay the rates, water rates, sewerage, insurance (building and tenent), agent fees, leasing fees, the inevitable breakdown and fix, strata fees (in my case) and fix the "normal wear and tear" when they move out a big chunk is gone. As I...
Rentals on homes don't pay loans off. Perhaps some of the interest. My housing rentals really only pay the outgoings with a modest amount left over. My commercial properties however are the ones that make bank.
Now that Piglosi is gone the Dems might be cleaning up looking to make Joe unelectable, the timing gives them a few years to distance the party from it.

Whilst not really a hobby - For the past 10 months I have been building this. I have done everything from design and build the chassis through to this point. It's nice to just do bits and pieces here and there in the evenings.
So how does it get solved? Something that they would accept. How do they get rid of the vastness that is the illegal gun ownership in that country. I have a few thoughts on how they might start but it would do nothing to solve the current problem.
