To be fair, hes won 3 bnfs and an AFLPA most valuable player as well. He is better than most. Would be interesting to see how his game would evolve if he was playing in a side that moved the ball forward quickly.

Clubs around Sth Mornington on the ladder lost to SFNL div 4 sides in practice matches this year. Masala lost to Hallam and I think Lyndale hammered Box Hill Nth. Not a great guide but the best comparison available. I’d say the two divisions are pretty even. Good to see a tigers jumper in the SFNL!

AFL Vic haven’t been able to get it right anywhere across Victoria where they’ve taken over and tried to make changes. Very difficult to fix local problems when you have no knowledge of the local issues. I wouldn’t hold too much hope for a great outcome in this region either. Say what you like...

That’s the league that would have been had the Sefnl clubs not walked out on the MPNFL a few years ago. It should never have been allowed to happen.
