Not sure what to make of this team at the moment. With so many players playing below their best, they should be able to turn it around. But mentally it's a worry. They won't have the experiences to draw on to give them confidence in the finals like they did last year.

I don't understand why people say it's such a tough game to umpire. It really isn't. Pay the obvious ones. When in doubt, don't blow the whistle. That's how grand finals are umpired and everyone loves it.
