As I said earlier, cocaine is only banned in competition, but WADA/ASADA are never going to say it's use outside of competition is permitted are they? There is a massive difference between saying something is permitted and saying something is not banned.

The reason it isn't is because the substances were prescribed by a Dr. and came from a compounding chemist, making them very legal. But I was referring to legal in the sense of the WADA code.
