Docker Mellington wants trade back to Victoria

Waugh has glanced that one quite fine, I think it'll run away for four on this fast outfield.

You can add Sam Reid/Joel Houghton to that list too, according to a recent profile on Reid in The Age.

Tim can always threaten to retire if any club but Fremantle draft him. ;)

    TEAM Vs Western Bulldogs

Tarrant and Hase both trained at Junction Oval today. Tarrant was doing kicking and running drills with Jason Webber away from the main group. Looked to be moving OK but didn't do anything high intensity. The fact he 'reintroduced' to the team is a pretty good indication he'll be back next week.

I'm told that Pav has had a back injury since before the St Kilda game.:(

    WAFL 2010 Dockers Player Watch

I reckon we'd be v happy with Hall's progress this season. I saw him in the derby about a month ago and he looks a lot stronger than last year. Excellent runner and creative when he's got the ball - wouldn't be surprised if he cracks a game in the second half of the season. Hopefully he signs on...

    Matthew Lloyd

Slightly off topic, but I heard that Robert Walls' son (David, i think, was on Brisbane's list in the 90's) is part of our recruiting team.

Drafting, trading, list management and young guns to watch...

I think it's Tom Roach who is the son of former Richmond full forward Michael Roach. Tom Roach was on the Tigers list a few years back and must be mid-20's now.

    WAFL 2010 Dockers Player Watch

Yeah, Hinkley hurt a shoulder late in the game last week but it's only going to keep him out for this round apparently.

    Team Rd 2 v Essendon

No worries. Looked like the guys have a really positive feeling as a group. Also, I heard our travel/accomodation routine in Melb is much better this season. They stay at a hotel near the Albert CG (very quiet and leafy area) on St Kilda Rd rather than in the mean streets of the CBD (under some...

    Team Rd 2 v Essendon

Kepler and Fyfe trained today at the Albert Ground. McPhee was put through ballwork/agility drills by Weber and looked to be moving OK. Overheard him saying he'll see how his ankle pulls up tomorrow (no surprise there). Ballantyne is fully fit and will be let loose tomorrow.

    WAFL 2010 Dockers Player Watch

Hedgehog, I noticed in the Sunday Times (I think) online WAFL preview that Ben Bucovaz was listed as having been moved from Claremont to East Freo. Has anyone heard anything about this?

    Drafting success rates

Agree. This guy Gloury did rate Tambling as a 3 (above average AFL footballer:eek:) so obviously he's no expert when it comes to rating players.

    Masten= the new Chad Fletcher

Masten has a bit more ticker than Fletcher.

    And now I feel optimistic

Brad Rowe. My old man rated him ahead of Peter Matera in 1989! He always was a good judge. :D Maybe if Brad hadn't had so much interest in plants and gardening he could have been an AFL footballer.;)

KPR, has Walters put on a bit of muscle in pre-season (while remaining <8% BF of course)??? He looked fairly light last season.
