thanks for that.
We do have a real tough draw this year but i guess we have had it a bit soft the past few years.Where we finish on the ladder is based on how we go againts Cats,Saints and Dogs if we can beat them all once top 4 is a certainty.
What do you mean i saw the game i was at it he had 8 disposals check it out:

right down the bottom.
I dont know what you are complaining about the umps were good the just let it go a bit and thats what you want them to do not to blow the whislte every 30 seconds and especially in a grand final they were only going to pay them if they were really obvious. If it was a home and away game they...
ive heard about this kid another player from St jospehs geelong (Nick Maxwell,Ling,Bartel are the others) is a ball magnet and is handy around goals half foward flanker i think.
1. Pendles
2.Swan
3.Didak
4.Heath Shaw
5.Presti
Unlucky Leon,Maxwell and Harry O
I really dont think swan will do that well because you dont notice his disposals you watch a game and you ask youself if swan did good and u say nar he didnt get much of the footy and then u look at the stats...

Re: the Tom Hawkins review thread
Rwiewoldt is a million times better play than """TOMAHAWK""". What are you going on about that he had a good season and a great game geelong supporters are saying in other threads he had about 5 touches.
You were the best team today but klike Sam Newman said and has been saying all year the team that kicks accuratley will win the game you had heaps more inside 50s and more scoring shots. Geelong probably only havce one more year of playing really good footy then they will start to drop of quite...
Re: Post 5 random (obscure) stats
Dean Greig had 39 disposals on debut
Richo kicked 27.3 in 1995 to give him an accuracy of %90.0
and Matt Armstron kicked 12.32 (%27.27) in 1988
Tony lockett also kicked 16.0 in one game in 1995.
Why would would the AFL let only 20,000 people watch the game at the ground when they can play it at the MCG where the winner will be playing next week and fit 100,000 people in it. I think there was 80,000 people at the game. 60,000 miss out. And who cares what the banners says it means...
This season when ever i watch the AFL on TV Channel Ten Or Channel 7 turn the volume on the crowd right up to the max and turn the commentators down so low which makes it imposssible to hear what the commentators are saying has anyone else had this same problem?
I just realised i havent had my 2 cents even though I made this thread . I choos Goddard closely followed by Didak. Dids can do some unreal things with a footy and has great footy brains. But goddard i havent seen stuff up a kick or do a silly disposal. I have no doubt that in af few years time...
Who do you think is the best ball user who has all quality disposals. Not an ablett 1,2. But a didak flick up with his boot or a run from out of defense form scarlett.Just some names off the top of my head!
Improved heaps didnt think he was much of a player i even thought he would be the first player to get when he is captain. But is a very good defender this year.
Well it al worked out quite well i really didnt want to see Mick gets pushed out of the way for bucks! But it looks like its all good hope Mick and Bucks are happy with it!
