Honestly, it's getting to the point where there should be a more coordinated response from fans to boycott the West. As hungry as I am for footy content they are actively trying to hurt our club. Beyond not giving them so much as a click, a public boycott of their advertisers could be effective.

Great call. I always see him talked about like he's a super raw, long term prospect. But he was among the leading WAFL goalkickers when we picked him up, so I don't think he's that far off.

I want Bray / Serong co-captains for the perfect good cop / bad cop dynamic. But certainly wouldn't be disappointed with Pearce either. Top bloke, top player and would really add to the legacy of the role aboriginal players have had at the club.

Undoubtedly a club defining moment. And if anything, the fact that it was McManus who managed that kick, the last guy you'd expect to slot a clutch set shot, is what made it so great. My claim is more to do with his general skill level in the other 200 odd games he played.
