I know it's easy to forget given we haven't seen much of him in the second half of the year but we did also have Dayne Beams join us last trade period. So definitely more active than what the Bombers were this year.
Reid's inclusion makes sense. Being at the Cats game, watching Grundy motor from contest to contest in the last quarter to provide an option for the kicks out of defence, he was absolutely exhausted down on his haunches every time there was a stop in play. Mihocek being triple teamed in the air...
Quick question, couldn't find any information on the club website about this - as members do we get any discount on purchasing tickets to interstate games? I just found out I'll be in Brisbane for work later this week so can attend the game. I have a full legends membership so how would I use...
Well that makes a bit more sense than 'sick with no symptoms' - glandular can be pretty debilitating, some days you just can't get out of bed, but I guess see what happens as some people do get flakey and set up to cancel the date, but could be legit. Also yeah avoid kissing as that s**t is...
Quick question, sorry if it's already been asked.
What's the consequences of not having AFL membership but buying a ticket off an AFL member. I have someone willing to sell their tickets but just don't want to risk their membership or not getting into the game. I had an AFL members ticket for...
I make one with cauliflower, eggs and psyllium husk which works out alright, tastes better with parmesan or mozzarella but cheese makes me sad in the stomach
do people (not here) watch this guy on a regular basis? the name sounds familiar, I lasted ~20 seconds before stopping it, not even due to the content but who the hell wants to listen to someone who speaks like that? You want to get your message across, don't use ******* as every second word...
Interesting is one word. Hopefully they are willing to change their attitudes with the huge shift in thinking. I did 3 out of the 4 units in that course in my undergrad, so if they're the same as what I did, you will be in for a world of fun. They don't have attitudes towards paleo and LCHF...
I have one of these
which doubles as a pressure cooker and a slow cooker, so doing bone broth/stocks are so easy, downside is can't select your own time for slow cook it's either 6 or 8 hours, other than that, it's amazing, would recommend.
He was one of the main people running my nutrition course at university. Basically saying let's not promote health because it's too hard.
I'm glad I've completed the course now and don't have to put up with these outdated, uninformed views any more and can make my own mind up about nutrition.
Tried the grilld burger the other day, not bad at all. I usually get it naked (no bun), and their beef and lamb is grass fed. They also have sweet potato chips if needed, so it's definitely making my take away options much easier, good cheat meal option for sure.
If you had one meal/dish to prepare to sell someone on this lifestyle what would it be?
I was just talking to my dad who has recently started taking high blood pressure medication, and spouts the 'everything in moderation including carbs, sugar and fats' and I tried to convince him that a HFLC...
Me too
You don't need a science degree for most courses in nutrition
From Deakins' Graduate Certificate of Human Nutrition, so I'll say yes, after a grad cert you'll be able to register.
yeah definitely something I'll look into in the future, I think I can call myself an associate nutritionist now based on my degree but would need to register with nutrition australia and all that, which is similar to the DAA based on their sponsorship, so thinking some sort of nutrition...
