Sure he'll have a big impact in the GV. Very good tap ruckman, but athleticism, decision-making and disposal not good enough for AFL. Still will have a massive impact on games. Just hope they won't be relying on him to actually kick goals if they put him forward.

If that's part of the RedSMS thing which came out earlier this year that's possible. I believe they have a service which sends out texts like that. However, they only cover some some leagues, and do not cover (at least) the GV, Murray, Heathcote and Picola leagues.

I too would expect him to stay at Rochy because he is one of the reasons Tom Sheldon has gone to Rochy.

He makes a huge impact in the GVFL so I don't think that would be a problem Roota. One of the classiest players I've seen running around in country footy, and run he does - never stops. That's why he gets about 35 touches every week and 90% of them are quality.

Archard was one of the first targeted by Cohuna but he's not going there (hence Keam, Scambler, Jay, Dunham and a couple of others going). I'd say 90% Echuca, 10% Moama at this stage. I think a few clubs had a go at Rosa! Rejected them all I heard. As with Weeks.

Local, as in a club 10 minutes from home rather than 50. Especially considering he was never going to play for another Murray League team. Haven't heard of any heading down to Rochester from Echuca. Shane McCurry playing on?
