Yep good get with Flower. I had to look up Mason Crane and yes he did. Looking up Mason Crane got me Imran Khan for NSW in 1984. I was the NT then, it was an utter information dead zone. -

Precisely the point I was making. And a serviceable bowler. He sure wasn't there for his batting ability alone. He had pretty much the worst average in the side of the batsmen in that peak era. -

The problem with junior, in relation to Steve, was that he simply wasn't as good. He was an over-rated batsman IMO, but that wasn't the sum total. You got the whole package with Junior. That was what he bought to the table and that's why he survived as long as he did. -

I think that rule only applies to games that are actually only scheduled for 3 or 4 days. They don't reduce it on the fly. -
