watched it over the weekend also. Was immense! Read the books many years ago (along with the sequels and prequals) and I think the movie is a great adaptation. I think some people get to precious re the original books and how they must be adapted to film.

The Fall of the House of Usher on Netflix. 4 episodes in and enjoying it. Mild horror / supernatural themes. Finished Sex Education also. Probs not as good as previous seasons.

Probably not a bad thing that they went off script early as otherwise the series would end up being even longer the GoT. The books go all over the shop as it is and end up being a snoozefest after the first handful.

PUBG now has a bring back system for dead teammates on some maps. Haven't had a chance to use as yet but might provide a nice change up to the game if anyone is playing or wants to give it a go again.

If nothing else it allowed them to get some confidence into the team and get a level of connection with each other under match simulation (noting the lower pressure).

yep, definitely not as good as the first movie but still watchable. Aliens defo one of the best sequels along with the second Godfather. I thought Bladerunner 2049 was also a worthy follow up to the original.

Second season of Slow Horses. Probably better than the first season.

Watching Bosch on Prime. Good cop show set in LA. Has been around for a little while now and based on book series I believe.

Has had a bit of a resurgence since it went to free to play earlier this year. Still has some quiet times but last weekend I played Fri and Sat night and queue times were consistently less than a minute with little to no bots during peak time. They rotate the new maps but keep the originals.
