Drug policy - what are we being fed here?

I'd be extremely disapointed if "mental health" was used as a reason. Makes a complete mockery of players with genuine mental issues.

List Mgmt. Trade & Draft Discussion 2023 post season - Picks Reid,30,40,49,66 (Bush league)

Don't think you bring in anyone in the PSD or at any point in the whole draft timing into your club without a discussion. Spitballing more for requirements to be honest and Esava would fit. It would take a fair bit of convincing I'd assume

List Mgmt. Trade & Draft Discussion 2023 post season - Picks Reid,30,40,49,66 (Bush league)

Can we look at trading into Carltons pick 22 with some late future picks. They are going to need a stack of points for the Camporeale Twins

Strategy What to do with pick 1 now we’ve got it - Do We Need Reid or is it Curtins

What if I proposed a scenario that is that incredible in the horror of imagination and would deem that you're life would normally be diminished. BUT it is what I'm going to do happily. I'm going to cheer..barrack for Freo to Win...(NO THAT"S NOT THE GOD AWFUL SCENARIO). IT's going to be in a...

List Mgmt. Contract, Trade & Draftee Discussion, 2023: Picks 1,20,34,39,53 ,58

Must admit I'm polarised by only 1st round picks. I also agree with you that we would be fools not to at least look at the possibilties at splitting the pick 1...it's just i would want the farm. I'd want...don't know how it's possible two picks in the top 5 which is possibly really top 6 to 7...

List Mgmt. Contract, Trade & Draftee Discussion, 2023: Picks 1,20,34,39,53 ,58

Keys Splitting Pick 1 ( a highly touted Pick 1) for Pick 2 and 15 just seems a massive ripoff not seen since we paid what we did for an uncontracted player.

WAFL clubs have development squads from 13. When i was involved it was from 12's. The AFL have 12's and 15's as schoolboy football. Then 16's and 18's for WA. With of course the WAFL Colts as the driving force.

Strategy What to do with pick 1 now we’ve got it - Do We Need Reid or is it Curtins

Agree totally with this sentiment. However on Curtin... I also believe that he is a terrific player. But if we get to split Reid then i would rather take two mids, because although Curtin did well he is no Sanders or McKercher or even the Vic Metro captain. If the club wants a KPD for one of...

List Mgmt. Contract, Trade & Draftee Discussion, 2023: Picks 1,20,34,39,53 ,58

Turning to early looks at the Draft. Obviously Pick 1 is a tremendous opportunity for us to split picks and personally it would need to be in the low numbers. We may also have an opportunity to trade with Gold Coast because their academy kids are fantastic and they will want them. And of course...

Not certain where the Hewitt Figjam comment is coming from.....surely it's not from the kid loitering on the field at the end of his first game signing autographs and photos!

List Mgmt. Christmas comes early (Nov 28 - 19 sleeps) - Draftee discussion

Must admit i haven't seen much of him. Looks very comfortable with the ball and easily can turn either way as he has penetration of both feet. Question. Has he got a tank?

List Mgmt. Christmas comes early (Nov 28 - 19 sleeps) - Draftee discussion

I must admit these are the attributes i love about him. He is what I call a very natural footballer who just finds the ball with reading the play. He's dual foot skills are fantastic. I'm also a fan of Phillipou so 8 and 12 for me would be just fine. I read a previous post on you commenting on...

Autopsy Positives and Negatives vs Richmond

Great effort. We got beaten by a team who got smashed in the middle..thanks Nic, Kelly and Shuey. But who's transition from the backline into their forward line is just fantastic. They run in numbers , they don't miss many connecting handballs and they don't rely on a few players. I'm sure if...

List Mgmt. Future Trade Targets - finding our next Yeo.

He had a pretty good half then....hahaha. He still got twice as many hitouts as Dixon and he was against one of the best tap ruckman to have played the game in recent history. My point is our Ruck stocks are very bare. Meek is 24 and by that number probably moving into when Ruckman blossom. He...

I suppose the difference for us compared to Freo. Is even with Nic he will still play. He is Victorian though and may look for opportunities back home. Agreed it would need to be cheap

List Mgmt. Future Trade Targets - finding our next Yeo.

Respectfully disagree. Played well against Nic over the last two years and also played well when getting opportunites last year. And given our massive dearth of rucking options then he definitely appeals. The caveat is that we don;t pay to much as our main aim should be getting players in the draft.

How about Lloyd Meek. Darcy's young and hasn't appeared to want to go home. And Meek is too good to play in the twos

Autopsy Positives and Negatives vs Sydney

Oh the Melts. The kids who missed this game were Hough and Xon. Xon in particular has his best game for the club. These two guys not playing made ZERO difference. WCE played Rotham over Hough because they needed H Edwards and basically Rotham was backup for HEdwards ( who played extremely...

Forums...the place for opinions....Love it Whilst I personally find it hard to digest anything poor written about Nic or previous year about Gov. I'm loving the passion. Autopsy Positives and Negatives vs Collingwood #LightWork

Wow what a game and what a great result for the club and more importantly ...Players Positive: Having a midfield willing to work deep in the backline and then trying to pinpoint a pass coming out instead of just booting it( did get that a fair bit in the 3rd). Having players willing to look for...
