Anzac Day is a national public holiday and has been for many, many years. The holiday is on the day - April 25 - and if it falls on a weekend some states (not all) carry the holiday to the Monday.
I am sure that at some stage of the saga AFL folk looked at each other and the penny dropped. A way out for both parties. It is just a genius solution.
The language was interesting. He effectively said I think you are guilty but the evidence isn't substantial enough to convict you. Amazing. Could just have said that the evidence is enough to convict. Why then speculate that he is probably guilty. Just reckon it's a bit unfair.
