    I don’t think it’s a certainty that freo will get a band 1 for Neale, I expected better for Rocky, who’s knows what the AFL will do with Compo. I had always thought that it’s going to be phased out or scaled back after the intro of GC and GWS.

    Only a small short term loss if we walk away now, still a chance to strike next year provided he doesn't sign an extension, bank the cash now for a heavy PSD draft offer. May even be better in hindsight if we pick well with pick 5.

    Still has to be signed off individual i.e. relatively "fair" but I get your point. Would have to be this year thou cause surely this will be gone next year, besides if they've delisted him what the recourse for not handing anything additional, what can they do they've already delisted him.
