    Is our use of the bench leading to these fourth quarters we can't keep up? We had four players play 61% or less (ignoring Coop here) and eight go 86%+, Brissy only had three guys play over 86%. Obviously their class stood out in the 4th but they looked to have much more run in the legs.

    Add on our experienced forwards Wood and Higgins missed relatively easy chances and Butler gifted Clark a goal. A lot goes on in a game but you could almost pin it on those moments being the difference. A real shame when our young players couldn't have been much more impressive in a road game.

    Wilson and Hill have both been moved off a wing to accommodate Byrnes. I would argue a lot of Darcy's slump has come from being stuck on a forward flank in a team that struggles get the ball out of it's back half most weeks.

    Byrnes defensive work around the ground might have been good, but there was two or three times he was the winger getting back and his spoil attempts had no impact. Positive for him is he was in the right spots, but doesn't look like he can spoil, which is a huge issue playing that role.

    Taylor at least comes with the guarantee of cash and then an opportunity to trade to the right guy instead of picking and hoping you get it right. You could go SDk instead, get a bad score and make a trade with no cash gained. There's also a chance Taylor is more than a one week play here.
