Can’t agree more with this. I doubt many clubs have covered themselves with glory with this kind of racist s**t. Our club included no doubt. I am so gutted for the Indigenous playing group…why do they need to keep dealing with this just to play the game.

Agree. Blues supporters’ hubris this year has made this result joyful. For a team that’s been so bad for so long a little bit of humility wouldn’t have gone astray.

This is a problem. Freo is the only team I could reasonably get behind this final series. The rest makes me want to vomit.

Nothing will change. Bevo will convince himself it’s all the players application and his coaching moves and structures are sound. Wonder if we’ll start to see a player exodus if we underperform for another year.

Pressure must come on the coach now. Dismal failure of a year. Him, his assistants and the whole football department are squandering a list chock full of potential.
